Kodaly Based Music Theory
Music Theory is something so crucial to students developing their full musical potential. The Kodaly approach to music theory makes this fun by being super hands on with play based learning. Kodaly makes a great foundation for all other musical skills you will use in every instrument and also increases creative confidence in writing music. Group lessons of 4 or more are ideal within the Kodaly approach. Private lessons are also available
Piano lessons
Learn for fun or for exams and learn many exciting different styles all the way from Classical piano through to pop. Piano lessons at our studios can be booked for 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. If a student is a particularly young starter we sometimes recommend having a 15 minute lesson once to twice a week. If a student is in the advanced stages of their piano studies (Grade 8 and beyond) a 90 minute lesson may be required. Piano lessons are much more effective when paired with Kodaly Based Music Theory lessons as well. Ask about our package deals.
